Polly Lagana

Polly Lagana is a nonprofit leader and educator who has dedicated her career to improving communities through education reform, workforce development, fundraising and women’s empowerment. She currently serves as the Executive Director of T200 Foundation, a nonprofit focused on empowering, educating, uplifting and celebrating the pipeline of girls and women in technology. An educator at her core, Polly is an adjunct professor at Baruch College in New York City where she teaches classes focused on developing the communication, interpersonal and technology skills necessary to succeed in today’s workforce.
