Marion Siboni is the dynamic founder and CEO of La Crème de la STEM™, a pioneering platform providing female founders with a comprehensive support system. Over the past decade, Marion has excelled in key business development roles at Techstars, MongoDB, Shift (AI unicorn), and Cisco. She is a two-time Microsoft Partner of the Year Award winner and has received the Member Recognition Award from the French-American Chamber of Commerce.
After relocating from Paris to NYC, Marion built a thriving community of over 4,000+ members within 12 months through in-person panels. As a recognized startup mentor and public speaker, she recently collaborated with the U.S. Department of Commerce.
