In her role, Kathryn oversees all aspects of Civic Builders' lending work, including the Facilities Investment Fund (FIF), new product development, and capital management. FIF is an innovative, national loan fund developed and managed in partnership with Civic Builders and the Walton Family Foundation providing affordable facility financing to high-performing public charter schools in under-resourced communities.
