Having spent most of his life as the front man, guitarist and songwriter for his band City Riots, Ricky knows how to put on a show! Ricky is the face and Co-Founder of Edtech company amp-ed music (Amplify Music Education in Australia). Through his engaging, innovative and refreshing approach to education in the classroom, and the creation of the amp-ed music software platform, he has up-skilled over to 50,000 classroom teachers, and engaged over 100,000 primary school students, from a diverse range of socio-economic regions across the country. Ricky has unleashed the reimagining of creative education in the classroom, and has shared the stage with world renowned educators, delivering inspiring and memorable keynotes on driving school engagement, improving teacher efficacy and closing the education inequity gap.
