Nadia Silva works in the supervision and operational management of the ALI EntrepreneurialEducation at Sebrae Minas Gerais, Brazil. In this project, scholarship holders bring innovativeentrepreneurial education practices to more public schools across the state. With extensive experiencein customer service, business management, and entrepreneurial education, Nadia also supports theNational Entrepreneurship Education Program at Sebrae in Minas Gerais. She firmly believes thateducation is the foundation for societal change and transformation, and that entrepreneurial skillslearned from childhood can transform individuals' lives, making them more confident and capable offacing challenges.
