Stacy Caldwell

As CEO of CredLens, a non-profit delivering reliable workforce credentials data, Stacy brings deep experience in the education and workforce sectors and a passion for mission-driven organizations. Prior, she was the GM for High School + Career at Penn Foster, leading career-aligned, student-centered programs, and CEO of the Mastery Transcript Consortium, growing MTC to 400+ member institutions and 100 university partnerships in three years. Stacy’s career includes contributions to The Princeton Review, Kaplan, and the College Board, where she led the SAT program during the 2016 redesign. Earlier, she was a consultant at Bain & Company and Arthur Andersen. Stacy holds an MA in Education, an MBA from Stanford University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University.
