Eli Solomon

Eli is a rising freshman at Harvard passionate about increasing civic engagement amongst young people and promoting depolarization. At YIP, he serves as the Senior Vice President of Policy, where he oversees a team of 60+ staff conducting cutting-edge nonpartisan research on the issues that most greatly impact youth today and developing innovative ways to engage students outside of the organization in the policy research process. Outside of YIP, Eli has engaged in the political world through internships in the United States Congress and the New Jersey Senate, and his research on political polarization has earned international recognition through publication in the Concord Review. Currently, Eli holds two research positions at Harvard’s Institute of Politics focused on education policy.
