Dylan Jones

Long-time professional musician, composer, engineer, and educator, Jones says he is blessed to have had so many great musical mentors in his life. Inspired by bass teachers Francois Rabbath, Chuck Rainey, and Dwayne Heggar, and study of Hindustani Music with masters Ali Akbar Khan, and Sisirkana Dhar Chowdhury, Jones founded Anthropos Arts in Spring of 1998 to help Central Texas kids from low-income families gain access to the arts both as audience and performers. Anthropos hires top, local professional musicians to offer free lessons, workshops, and performance opportunities to teens living in poverty.
