Jay Titus

Jay Titus is Vice President and General Manager of the Workforce Solutions Group at the University of Phoenix, providing strategy and support to leading employers around workforce development, talent management, upskilling, and adult education. Before joining University of Phoenix in 2020, he held a similar role with Bridgepoint Education and oversaw the Academic Services and University Partnerships area of EdAssist. Jay has held leadership positions in higher education, including assistant vice president of enrollment management, dean of admissions, associate director of institutional research at Mount Ida College, and dean of admissions at Stonehill College. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University and an MS in Management from Lasell College.
