Roy Castro

Roy Castro is the CEO and Founder of Castro Ventures. Under his leadership, the company has evolved from an ice cream business into a diverse portfolio of food distribution companies across New York City and New Jersey. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Roy is the Co-Chairman of the Board for STRIVE, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing career training and job placement services for individuals facing intersectional barriers to employment.
