Alex Campbell

Alex Campbell is a multi-time Teacher of the Year recipient who lives with his family in Northeast Tennessee. He has traveled the country sharing his passion for project-based learning (PBL) through authentic learning experiences by presenting at education conferences. He published his first book, “Ten Lessons That Will Get You Fired: But You Must Teach Immediately” in 2016 about overcoming red tape in schools. In 2024, his students' work was featured on the chart-topping podcast Murder 101, showcasing his dedication to pushing students to achieve more through authentic experiences. Alex’s class, featured on the Murder 101 podcast, has received national awards in student journalism. He has been profiled in numerous media outlets for his PBL work, often highlighting XQ’s partnership.
