Deirdre Cerminaro

Deirdre is a multi-disciplinary creative strategist and innovation leader. As a former Executive Director at IDEO, she brings 15+ years of experience leading creative teams to set vision and strategy; launch ventures and digital products; cultivate creative capabilities; and design transformative learning experiences.

With a background in architecture, business, and psychology, Deirdre has a knack for breaking down complex problems and finding simple levers to drive lasting change.

Deirdre holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science from Yale University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. In her spare time, she can usually be found outside with her dog or off on an adventure.
