Kathleen Feeney
Kathleen Feeney is a survey analyst and proposal manager with Mathematica experience in early childhood and education, family support and employment, disability, and mental health. Kathleen has supported the American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) FACES project and the Survey of Use of all Native Languages in the United States. She has also served as a tribal Head Start program liaison and participated in extensive cultural awareness training. She is a project co-lead of the Strengthening Culture-Based Education in Standing Rock partnership. Kathleen holds an M.Ed. in Education Policy and Analysis from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
