Ivory Hills

Dr. Ivory Hills is the Head of School at St. Mark’s School in Southborough. He started in the independent school world as a chemistry teacher in 2011, and prior to that, was a research scientist in the pharmaceutical industry for over half a decade. While he holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from MIT, his love of molecules is rivaled by his love of trying to understand how to improve individual and organizational decision-making. Ivory believes that structured decision-making is a framework that will allow all of us to be more effective at achieving our collective goals.
