Jillian Spindle

Jillian Spindle is the Chief Strategy & Advancement Officer at the Mission Economic Development Agency in San Francisco, CA, a non profit community development organization focused on Latino economic empowerment. In her role she oversees MEDA’s place-based collective impact, technical assistance, policy and advocacy, and fundraising. Prior to serving as CSAO, Jillian Spindle was MEDA’s Chief Operating Officer for 7 years, and Director of Development for 7 years. She spearheaded the design of Mission Promise Neighborhood with community partners, SFUSD and the City of San Francisco. Jillian serves on the Board of Directors for Rise Economy, a California based economic justice advocacy organization, and co-chairs the National Promise Neighborhoods Coalition.
