Ashley Jeffrey

Ashley Jeffrey is the Chief Strategy Officer at Washington Leadership Academy Public Charter School in Northeast DC. Her career spans research and policy analysis, with a focus on advancing race and LGBTQ+ equity, improving college and career readiness, and leveraging AI to improve educational outcomes. Ashley holds a Master’s in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Urban Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
