Amy Chen-Kulesa

Amy Chen Kulesa is a senior associate partner with Bellwether in the Strategic Advising practice area. At Bellwether, she has worked on a range of strategic planning, growth, and continuous improvement projects with schools, networks, foundations, and nonprofits.

Prior to joining Bellwether, Amy was the director of data and analytics at Boston Prep, a public charter school in Massachusetts serving students in grades six through 12. Before Boston Prep, Amy was a consultant at Booz & Company, where she worked with Fortune 500 clients on operational strategy projects.
