Lynn Gilbertsen

Lynn Gilbertsen has worked in the education sphere for over twenty years. She began her career in adult and community education, later transitioning to teaching in high school English classrooms for 12 years. Her time in the classroom provided her with a strong understanding of the needs of teachers and students which she leverages in her current role as a trainer for other educators. She serves as the Content & Curriculum Catalyst for the RISE Center. Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in English-Writing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned a master’s degree in Secondary Teaching of English from DePaul University.
