Responsible for the day-to-day execution of People Strategy and HR Operations by partnering with leadership at local and system levels. Provides direction and leadership, design, develop, and implement compensation programs that align with the market practice, health system’s strategy and long range HR strategic business plans. Developing a Compensation philosophy and strategy that ensures Compensation remains competitive to attract, retain, reward and motivate employees.
Accountable for leading efforts to improve the employee experience within each member hospital and by strengthening institutional ability to attract, develop, reward and retain top talent.
