Monique Baptiste joined STRIVE as Chief Program Officer in 2023, bringing two decades+ of leadership experience in workforce development. Prior to STRIVE, she led workforce and education for Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co.; led corporate talent diversity strategies firmwide. Helped launch the firm’s $350 million global investment in education and workforce training systems to promote economic opportunity and reduce labor market inequality; collaborated with JPMC Human Resources to build new employee learning partnerships in response to The Future of Work and designed and launched JPMC’s award-winning Second Chance hiring initiative for justice-impacted individuals..
