Janea Menicucci

Janea Menicucci currently serves as the CREC Coordinator for Universal Design for Learning (UDL) for the state of New Mexico. With a strong background in primary and secondary education, she is a seasoned educator known for her expertise in educational assessment, secondary and early childhood education, consulting, educational technology, and literacy instruction. Janea holds a Master of Arts in Special Education and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a dual focus on regular and special education, both from The University of New Mexico. She is a National Board Certified Teacher and an Apple Distinguished Educator, recognized for her innovative approach to teaching.
