Ramona Archer-Bradshaw
Dr. Archer-Bradshaw has over 20 years of teaching experience, is passionate about education, and holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Education with High Commendation from the University of the West Indies. She was instrumental in the implementation of Coding and Robotics across nursery, primary, secondary, teacher-training and post-secondary institutions across Barbados and is an advocate for leveraging the use of technology in education.
She spearheaded the transition of students and school staff back to safe face-to-face environments during the COVID-19 pandemic through fruitful dialogue and collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Principals, Teachers' Unions. Parents' Associations, other stakeholders and external agencies such as UNICEF and PAHO.
