Jinann Bitar

Jinann Bitar, M.A., M.Ed. (she/her/hers), is the Director of Higher Education Research and Data Analytics at the Education Trust. In this role, she equips leaders and policymakers to make data-informed decisions. She previously worked at the Bipartisan Policy Center, the American Council on Education, and the Higher Education Research Institute, focusing on enhancing access, affordability, and student outcomes in higher education. With over a decade of experience at state universities, Jinann brings a wealth of knowledge to her work. She holds a BA in Communication Studies and an MPA from the University of Montana, an MA in Education from the University of California Los Angeles, and is a PhD candidate in Higher Education and Organizational Change at UCLA.
