She focuses on scaling strategic partnerships with networks, districts, and states to disrupt outdated systems and drive policies that unlock competency-based learning models. With over two decades of experience in education and philanthropy, Jeanie has demonstrated impact-driven leadership. As the former Executive Director of the DC Public Education Fund, she mobilized over $70 million in support, enabling DCPS to launch groundbreaking programs. She also served as Chief of Staff in the Office of Teaching and Learning at DC Public Schools, ensuring effective implementation of innovative ideas.
