Bill Wagner

Dr. Bill Wagner is the Director of the First Ring Schools Collaborative. Previously, he served preK-12 education for over 33 years in various public school districts in the Northeast Ohio area as Superintendent, Director of Human Resources, Principal, and other administrative positions. In 2019, his district received the “Innovative District” Award at the International Center for Leadership in Education Model Schools Conference. He holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and master’s degree in Educational Administration from Ashland University, and a bachelor’s degree in Science Education from Ohio University. He has served as an adjunct professor for Baldwin Wallace University, Ashland University and Cleveland State University.
