Bill Wagner

Dr. Bill Wagner is the Director of the First Ring Schools Collaborative having previously served preK-12 education for over 36 years. He has worked in various public school districts in the Northeast Ohio area as Superintendent, Director of Human Resources, Principal, and other administrative positions. Underneath it all, he’s that crazy science teacher with the relentless drive and passion to empower student curiosity and creativity and unleash an unquenchable thirst for learning. Bill holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Ashland University (Ohio) and a bachelor’s degree in Science Education from Ohio University. Bill has served as an adjunct professor, conference presenter/panelist, executive search and strategic planning consultant, is the OFFICIAL “Greatest Grandpa Ever” (with the handmade certificate to prove it!) and considers biscuits and gravy just good for the soul!
