Annelese Jones

Annelese Jones is a dedicated youth-serving nonprofit professional with over 10 years of experience in Austin. Her diverse background includes case management, residential treatment, juvenile justice, school program design, and social justice training facilitation. She equips others with the tools to make a lasting impact, facilitating diversity and equity workshops with UT Austin and professional development programs with A.I.S.D Principals. Her work focuses on advocating for alternatives to incarceration, implementing restorative justice practices, championing youth voice, promoting equity, and ensuring young people in Austin have access to opportunities to thrive. Annelese holds a Public Health degree from the University of Houston and proudly comes from a long line of Austinites.
