Elkis Felice
Elkis Felice has been an Elementary school teacher in NYC public schools since 1997. She holds NY certifications in the areas of elementary education, early childhood and bilingual education. Ms. Felice has worked in a variety of programs with culturally and linguistically diverse children and their families. From 2004-2014, Ms. Felice worked as a Literacy staff developer. She worked with school administrators and district personnel to help develop and deliver effective professional development plans to train and support teachers. Currently Ms. Felice is a Pre-K Dual language teacher at PS 28 Wright Brothers School. As a result of her creative, innovative and best teaching practices she was selected to be the grade leader and lab site for instruction in her school early childhood departmen
