John Marble
John Marble is the founder of Pivot Neurodiversity, an organization empowering companies to modernize workplace culture to better support neurodivergent employees. In 2009, he was appointed by President Obama to serve in the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, where he became the first openly-autistic presidential staff member in American history. His work focused on workforce development, innovation, and incorporating into government services the best practices and thinking of Silicon Valley. He has also served as an advisor and aide to Secretary Hillary Clinton and Vice President Al Gore. A writer and speaker on innovation, workplace culture, and neurodiversity, he is the author of “Neurodiversity For Dummies” and the upcoming “Autism For Dummies” to be published April 2025.
