Meena Naik
Meena, a director at JFFLabs, is focused on the potential of skills-first approach to economic mobility by partnering with others to innovate and implement best practices in skills-based transformations with data driven strategies. Previously, she served as the program director for Career Connect at the University of North Texas, where she led the marketable skills and learner record effort. She has held roles several higher education institutions, including UC San Diego, supporting faculty development, instructional design, and retention programs for systemically excluded learners. Meena is a doctoral candidate in educational psychology at the University of North Texas, holds her M.S. in higher education Drexel University, and her B.S. in physiology and neuroscience from UC San Diego.
