Michael Macklin

Michael Macklin is a transformational leader committed to the excellence of academic programs, student success, and workforce partnerships throughout the Colorado Community College System (CCCS). In his role, he works to coordinate academic affairs and workforce development initiatives across CCCS interfacing with state agencies, philanthropic organizations, colleges, and corporate partners. Through strategic collaborations with key stakeholders, he drives initiatives and strategic partnerships. He fosters an environment of quality, inclusivity, and financial sustainability. His current efforts are focused on the intersection of business and education through career connected learning and apprenticeships. Prior to joining CCCS Mr. Macklin spent 10 years at Colorado State University.
