Ryan Hanson

Ryan Hanson is a Senior Director of Human Resources at Best Buy, leading Enterprise Learning. He leads a team of learning professionals who are focused on enabling a skills marketplace at Best Buy and transforming how people learn. His team has been working to innovate on the employee experience, like onboarding new employees and shoulder to shoulder training, while also modernizing the experience through technology within learning. He has spent the past 19 years with Best Buy, starting his career in stores. During that time he has held roles operating stores, leading sales teams and developing strategies on corporate teams. His leadership purpose is to work to make a positive impact, no matter how small and work to enable the same career opportunities for others that he has been given.
