Ismail El-Shaakir

Mr. Ismail N. El-Shaakir is an educator who has taught elementary students for ten years. During his career, he has served as an Assistant Principal in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. In Louisiana, he has served as a School Support and Operations Administrator, Director of Students and Families, and Principal. Mr. El-Shaakir is a United States Marine Corps Veteran who holds an Associate in Arts from Miami-Dade College, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida Memorial University, a Masters in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University, and an Educational Specialist in Performance-Based Educational Leadership from Mercer University. He is a music lover, avid runner, and cycling enthusiast.
