Leah Austin

Dr. Leah Austin serves as the president and CEO of NBCDI and is a champion of education and equity through local and national programs. She is an accomplished, multi-faceted and visionary leader who has been working on behalf of Black children and their families for more than two decades. As NBCDI's President & CEO, championing educational and racial equity through local and national programs. She is an educator, an advocate and a futurist working to create conditions where all children can thrive and succeed.
