Katrina Martinez

Throughout her 20 year profession, Katrina has proudly served urban, under-resourced populations in a multitude of capacities primarily contributing to bilingual program and deeper learning development and implementation support. Her work has focused on educational partnerships to disrupt and transform traditional learning environments to more innovative, learner-centered programming. Katrina remains passionate about serving within urban populations, designing adult learning, and cultivating cultural conditions which empower all stakeholders within a learning ecosystem.

Katrina is a School Leadership and Innovation Partner with Big Picture Learning and is supporting and nurturing a Community of Practice of school leaders in the alternative education space across the great state of TX.
