Rashad Beal

Rashad Beal is the Director of Alternative Education at Metro Opportunity School in Fort Worth, TX.  Rashad believes that youth should have the grace to make mistakes and not be overly punished but allowed to restore what they have broken. His ability to build relationships and pragmatically create solutions to problems is a valued skill that he takes pride in.

A Dallas native, Rashad is a Navy Veteran with 10+ years of experience with in-school and out of school time support, along with school administration in Los Angeles School district, Dallas Independent School district and Ft. Worth Independent School district. Rashad has a BA of Science in Psychology focused on Adolescent Behavior from California State University, Northridge. Rashad lives in Dallas with his wife and three kids.
