Nicole Reid Christopher
Dr. Nicole Reid Christopher has over 25 years of experience in education and instructional systems leadership. She has served in various school communities within New York City Public Schools, including as a founding principal for 13 years. Dr. Christopher holds degrees and certificates in science, letters and society with a specialization in early childhood education, elementary education, school building and district leadership from CUNY's College of Staten Island and Baruch College. She earned her education doctorate in executive leadership from St. John Fisher University. Dr. Christopher currently serves as a Senior Director of Instruction and Implementation for the Division of School Leadership and, is invested in the success of the NYC Reads initiative as she remains committed to systems level leadership focused on achieving equitable outcomes for all students.
