Zach Cohen-Ford

With over a decade of experience in higher education and gamification for adult learners, Zach has long championed the importance of fun for creating meaningful spaces for growth. He received his B.S. and M.Ed. from The University of Texas at Austin. A Longhorn for life, he now provides a welcoming and efficient admissions process for over 15,000 applicants a year to three online, at-scale master’s programs at UT Austin. He is also the co-founder and principal trainer at Working Magic, a company that brings gamification to workplace trainings.

Zach spends nearly every moment of his free time playing games of some sort, whether that is Dungeons & Dragons, board games, or video games. That is, except on Saturdays in the fall, when he is glued to college football all day.
