Marc Pereira

Marc Pereira (He/Him) is the Texas Leadership Education and Development Assistant Director, overseeing the Project Advance Austin program and teaching courses on project management. He regularly leads workshops on conflict resolution, effective communication, and gamifying the workplace and student experience. He approaches challenging obstacles with a sense of curiosity and a playful mindset, encouraging others to redefine difficulties as rewarding quests to be conquered! One way he does this is by creating "Professional Development D&D" campaigns in the workplace, pushing the boundaries of what professional development can be. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Communication from Linfield College, and completed his master’s degree in Women and Gender Studies at UT Austin.
