Rosemary Miller

Senior Director, Early Learning
PBS SoCal

Rosemary is the Senior Director of Early Learning at PBS SoCal. She is responsible for the vision, management, and execution of the organization's early learning efforts. She works with project funders, local and national leadership, and statewide agencies to collaborate on initiatives that support families, caregivers, and educators. Rosemary currently serves as Chair of the PBS KIDS Leadership Council.

Before working at PBS SoCal, Rosemary was an elementary classroom teacher for over ten years and worked in curriculum development at Age of Learning. Rosemary earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Brown University, her Master of Arts degree in Education from Stanford University, and her Doctorate degree in Education Leadership from UCLA. Her research focused on developing a growth mindset approach to reading instruction with K-3 classroom teachers and specifically looked at the experiences of English Language Learners around early literacy.
