Brooke Mckean

Brooke is the president and co-CEO of REACH Pathways, a social enterprise that builds economic mobility for youth through college and career pathways. It was launched by local nonprofit Chicago Scholars. Brooke brings over 12 years of executive-level experience managing operations and strategic growth for local and global organizations. Brooke has managed organizations that have served over 50,000 people with education, health, and social services. Brooke is a values-based leader who has successfully led organizations through cultural transformations, award-winning operational systems, and game-changing strategic plans. She has a Master’s of Science from the London School of Economics.
