Sara Poirier

Sara is an education consultant for children’s media, specializing in developmentally appropriate science content. For the last decade, she has analyzed how climate change is communicated in children’s television. Her work has appeared in Yale’s Climate Connections and was featured at the National Science Foundation’s Design & Discover Forum on Climate Science, Children, and the Media. In 2022, Sara conducted research that helped launch the Aspen Institute’s Climate Media for Kids initiative.
