Tiffany Galloway

Tiffany Galloway is the Chief Product & Program Officer of Blue Engine, specializing in equity-centered strategy and systems design and change efforts aimed at disrupting patterns of educational inequity disproportionately impacting historically marginalized students who lay at the intersection of race and ability. Tiffany leads Blue Engine’s learning, design, evaluation, and implementation strategies and ensures that products are designed to intentionally drive impact for students. Her work is driven by the belief that learner variability is the norm and the ecosystem around students must adapt to ensure that all learners are seen, valued, and have access to high-quality instruction. Prior to Blue Engine, she was a teacher, instructional coach, school leader, and district leader.
