Laina Vlasnik Yip, Senior Program Officer, Robin Hood Learning + Tech Fund

Laina Vlasnik Yip is the Senior Program Officer of Blended Literacy and Engagement for the Robin Hood Learning + Tech Fund. Laina has spent her career designing, implementing, and scaling programs focused on improving educational outcomes for students in low-income communities. She spent a decade at AF Accelerate, a division of Achievement First, building and scaling two national curriculum and professional learning programs that collectively impacted more than 50,000 students per year.

Prior to joining Achievement First, Laina managed a multi-million dollar grant portfolio at Success Academy Charter Schools and a multi-year Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) grant program at New Leaders for New Schools. She began her career as a teacher. Laina is a fellow with the Pahara Aspen Next Generation Leaders Program.
