Laina Vlasnik Yip
Laina Vlasnik Yip is a Senior Program Officer for the Robin Hood Learning + Tech Fund, where she advances programs that integrate personalized learning to build New York City students’ literacy and problem-solving skills. Laina has spent her career designing, implementing, and scaling programs for students in low-income communities. Prior to Robin Hood, she worked at Achievement First, building and scaling two national curriculum and professional learning programs that impacted more than 50,000 students per year. She also managed a Teacher Incentive Fund grant program at New Leaders. Laina began her career as a teacher at an international school. She is a fellow with the Pahara Aspen Next Generation Leaders Program and an alumna of Florida State University and New York University.
