Laksh Dhir

Laksh Dhir is the Founder & CEO of Youth for STEM Equity (YSE), a non-profit revolutionizing the field of experiential STEM education. Additionally, he currently studies Neuroscience at The Ohio State University. From his experiences as a Title 1 student to being in one of the best public schools in Ohio, he learned about the disparities in the current educational sphere. Through his venture, Laksh has researched the effectiveness of escape rooms as an informal learning tool, provided $150,000+ in free educational services, and worked with influential figures such as Bill Nye. YSE was labeled as Top 6 Student Start-Ups at OSU. In the process, Laksh was recognized with the Distinguished Diversity Enhancement Award from the University Senate and is now Columbus Business First Under 25.
