Matt Trainum

As part of the Council of Independent College’s leadership team, Vice President Trainum manages collaborative efforts across 600+ institutions, building networks and solutions designed to ensure student thriving and institutional success. For over a decade years, Dr. Trainum has worked with governing boards, presidents, cabinets and entire campus communities on strategic initiatives, innovation, and change readiness conversations, always looking at the structures needed to support real change in a new era of higher education.
