Dave Hand is an education system leader that has served as a teacher, state education officer, research analyst, and school system leader. For the past five years he has led the Data Systems & Solutions team at NOLA Public schools overseeing the enrollment system, state reporting, student records, college & career strategy, analytics, and portfolio modeling. His team has developed innovative data infrastructure and portfolio tools to inform decisions about school closures, transformations, and facility changes.
