Emily Kirkpatrick

Emily Kirkpatrick is the Executive Director of the National Council of Teacher's of English. Before joining NCTE, she served in various leadership roles at the National Center for Families Learning (NCFL), where she was instrumental in creating the award-winning digital learning platform Wonderopolis® and included spearheading public-private partnerships and securing over $50 million in funding to enhance educational programs nationwide. She holds an MBA with honors from Bellarmine University and a BA from Centre College in Kentucky​
