Mandy Jankus

Mandy Jankus is a Senior Adjunct Professor at Bellevue College with over 19 years of experience
teaching Human Communication courses. She is an MCC Certified Mental Health Coach, Dare to
LeadTM Facilitator, & Grief Trained by Claire Bidwell Smith. Mandy has recognized through the loss
of her own mother in 2020 how important it is to learn how to identify grief & share our grief stories
as well as develop tools for coping and supporting others through this inevitable human experience.
She hosts a podcast titled The Kindred & Brave Project where the goal is to talk about the interconnection of strength and struggle in our lives by digging into topics such as mental health, emotional wellness, grief, motherhood, partnership, communication, and how to be learner instead of a knower.
