Rear Admiral Dwight D. Shepherd

Rear Adm. Dwight D. Shepherd is a retired United States Navy officer with 25+ years of senior leadership, command management, customer engagement, and strategy experience at the highest levels of industry and government. He has leveraged his extensive career with the U.S. Navy to build a career and reputation as a strong sales and client engagement professional. He currently serves as Director of Federal Client Relations at IBM. Previously, in his professional career, Shepherd has served as the Vice President of Client Relations at General Dynamics Information Technology/CSRA Inc., and as President of his consulting firm, Dwight Shepherd Consulting and More, LLC, since December 2018.He has also served on the Board of Directors at Steampunk, a cybersecurity company, since October 2016.
