Krystle Austin

Krystle Austin is an educational leader with a variety of experience across early childhood and elementary education spanning the non-profit, private and public sectors of education. Krystle is driven by a commitment and passion which fosters inclusive and high-achieving learning environments that meet the diverse needs of all students and gives them the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Krystle is a steadfast advocate for special education and inclusive practices. She works to ensure that every student, regardless of their needs, has access to the support and resources necessary for success. She understands the need to prioritize professional development for staff in order to equip them with the tools and strategies to better serve all learners by meeting them where they are.

By fostering a positive campus culture, Krystle ensures that social-emotional learning is at the forefront for all students, educators and families. She believes that SEL is vital to the success of all stakeholders; from the students’ overall well-being and academic success, to the campus culture and teacher retention,as well as community and family engagement. This holistic approach not only improves student behavior and academic performance but also strengthens relationships within the school community and helps to bridge the school to home connection.
